Sessions hosted on a national level are designed to support to all professionals, nationwide, working at educational institutions and organisations in various roles covering international student services, advocacy, teaching and policy development.

Sessions hosted on a branch level will typically consist of state based content however, may still be of interest and relevance to all.

Event Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy
Payment is required by credit card when registering online.

Confirmations and Tax Invoices
A confirmation with a PDF Tax Invoice and payment receipt will be emailed when you submit your registration.

Currency and GST
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out appropriate insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. ISANA does not accept any liability for any loss incurred due to the cancellations of events for any reason.

Credit Card Payments
Credit card charges appear as Conference Design Pty Ltd on your card statement. When using the online payment system credit cards are processed directly by ANZ eGate and Conference Design does not store or transmit your credit card details. ANZ eGate is a secure and PCI compliant platform.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund. All cancellations must be advised via email to isana@isana.org.au. Cancellations notified within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund, however another person may attend.

Minimum Numbers
All ISANA events will be subject to minimum numbers. If insufficient applications are received for an event, it will not proceed and registration monies be fully refunded. ISANA does not accept any liability for any loss incurred due to the cancellation of event for any reason.

Transfer of Registrations
All registrations are transferable and are to be made in writing by the registered person to isana@isana.org.au .  If a non-member is to replace a member then fees may apply.

All information is correct at the time of publication. ISANA reserves the right to delete, modify or alter items from an event or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of an event’s timetable at their sole discretion and without notice. ISANA will not will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

Recordings & Photography
ISANA reserves the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during ISANA events for promotional, advertising or reporting at their sole discretion.

Some ISANA events will have variations to these terms and condition or specific additional terms and conditions. These variations will be noted with the event description.
