ISANA is an invited member of The Global Reputation Taskforce (GRT)

The Global Reputation Taskforce (GRT) was set up by Minister Dan Tehan and is overseen by the Council for International Education. ISANA is an invited member of the Taskforce which as part of its scope is to provide sector-wide feedback to government on the impact of events such as the Australian bushfires and the novel coronavirus outbreak. National President of ISANA Bronwyn Gilson commented that the GRT has brought together key sector stakeholders to consider the impact these events are having on Australian International Education and how education providers, government and associated services can support affected students and communities. Ms Gilson also welcomed TEQSA’s announcement regarding regulatory flexibility providers can apply to international student enrolments.
