The ISANA Community is based on the “we’re all in this together” feeling and where there are many opportunities to share your own experience and learn from the experiences of others. ISANA notes that this learning and sharing does not always occur spontaneously, and maintaining momentum is an essential task of the various Branches with meetings, professional development and conference events. Frequent and pertinent communication is fundamental. Members are actively encouraged to link with each other for the benefit of all, and any resources developed are offered to all members. The achievements of members are disseminated to the entire community in recognition of their efforts and success via conference presentations, Bulletin stories and the ISANA website, and any setbacks and concerns are offered for debate and discussion on the same basis. The aim is to create a strong community foundation for long-term, two-way mutually beneficial relationships between members and between ISANA as an organisation, its members and supporters - building value for our community.
