ISANA Vic/Tas Branch Conference: “Acknowledge. Adjust. Applaud.”
13/September/21 @ 12:00 am AEST
We look forward to updating all attendees and members with the date and time of Day 3.
This Conference will give us the opportunity to understand current data and trends and discuss the many best practice initiatives to support international students.
The Vic/Tas ISANA State Conference will be hosted online and will spread across three days. Day one, Friday, 10 September and Day two, Monday, 13 September; day three to be confirmed. The conference fee covers attendance to sessions on all three days. *Sessions will not be recorded.
We are still hopeful of having a face to face event for day three of the Conference and will update all delegates closer to time.

Pre COVID-19, international education was Victoria’s largest export earning industry, generating $11.8 billion in export revenue, supporting almost 79,000 Victorian jobs and a significant contributor to Melbourne’s diverse and vibrant lifestyle.
COVID-19 crisis has devastated Melbourne’s international education as a sector and caused great hardship for international students who have continued, by choice or necessity, to remain in Melbourne; and those stranded overseas.
As professionals working in the sector, we acknowledge the hardship that our international students, as well as our peers have gone through (and continue to go through) as we adjust the way we work and live.
